Job Description

• We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive eCommerce Product Coordinator to support the management of our online product catalogue, product discoverability, website search and merchandising activities. This role plays an important part in ensuring products are accurately represented online, easy for customers to find and aligned with business priorities.
• The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced eCommerce environment, have a strong aptitude for systems and a passion for delivering a high-quality customer experience. You will work closely with multiple teams across the business to maintain catalogue accuracy, support trade activity and contribute to the ongoing optimisation of the online experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the quality and accuracy of the online product catalogue.
• Manage product categorisation, website search, merchandising and product discoverability.
• Ensure products are available online within agreed timelines.
• Coordinate the end-to-end product photography process.
• Support trade and promotional activity through effective catalogue maintenance and merchandising.
• Monitor catalogue, category and search performance and assist with optimisation initiatives.
• Identify and escalate issues affecting product visibility or customer experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Buying, Planning, Marketing, Photography Studio, Customer Service and IT.
• Contribute to process improvements and a culture of continuous learning and development.

Job Requirements

Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications

• 2-4 years' experience in eCommerce, digital retail or product catalogue management.
• Understanding of product catalogue management, merchandising and website search principles.
• Experience managing product information, categorisation and product discoverability.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Understanding of SEO principles and online customer experience would be advantageous.
• Experience with eCommerce platforms, analytics or optimisation tools would be advantageous.
