• As a Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our online store by prioritizing and managing the product backlog. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, UX, creative and marketing to deliver exceptional online shopping experiences.

What you will love doing in this role

• Product Backlog Management: Create, prioritize, and maintain a well-organized product backlog, ensuring that user stories are clear, concise, and actionable.
• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Agile Methodology: Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) to ensure efficient and effective product development.
• Prioritization: Prioritize product features and functionalities based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
• Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including developers, designers, marketing, and executives, to align product goals and timelines.
• Product Launch: Oversee the successful launch of new features and projects, ensuring a smooth transition from development to production. This includes coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing release schedules, and monitoring post-launch performance.
• Performance Monitoring: Track product performance metrics (e.g., sales, conversion rates, customer satisfaction) and identify areas for improvement.
• Continuous Improvement: Continuously analyze user feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for product enhancements and innovation.

Requirements
What you’ll need to do this role

• Experience as a Product Owner in an ecommerce environment.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Scaled Agile.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of key ecommerce domains, specifically product, customer, and order.
• Experience with ecommerce platforms and APIs
• Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) techniques.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• A passion for online shopping and a keen eye for user experience.
