    EE Financial Director

    Requirements:

    • CA (SA) and CIMA coupled with around 5 – 10 years’ experience at senior financial management level within a manufacturing environment
    • 5 years knowledge of Syspro would be an advantage
    • Computer literate: Excel; IDU – Budget / Iperiene / FNB Online banking approvals
    • Analytical thinker with strong leadership & management qualities and be experience in other business disciplines with ethical and confidentiality skills

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • To ensure compliance to all legal requirements, group policy and IFRS requirements.
    • To draft financial procedures in conformity with Internal Control requirements
    • To oversee Company costing system
    • Overall responsibility for the management of working capital
    • Monitors the IT function
    • Reviews all Company tax returns and attend to secretarial requirements
    • Review all monthly financial reporting
    • Co-ordinates annual budget and monthly forecast
