Good knowledge of Electrical Engineering principles, regulations, processes, systems, procedures, and practices.
Expert knowledge of general maintenance processes and systems.
Good understanding of plant processes and procedures.
Project and contractor management.
Coaching of artisans.
Auditing as required

Education/Qualification & Experience
Minimum: N6 National Diploma in electrical engineering Qualifications or Higher National Diploma in electrical engineering from University of technology
Minimum experience: ECSA approved candidate technician program + 3 years, or N6 + 8 years in Heavy Industry, Automation and instrumentation
