Duties:
Ensure the accurate and timely processing of supplier documents in line with orders, contracts, and legal agreements
Classify transactions according to SARB BOP codes
Handle supplier and business area queries promptly and resolve discrepancies
Maintain spreadsheets and records related to Cash & Banking for SARB reporting
Prepare payment proposals and ensure compliance with SARB and EXCON requirements
Maintain supplier master data and banking details
Cost shipments efficiently and clear General Ledger Clearing and Goods-In-Transit accounts
Verify customs clearance documents and arrange necessary corrections
Perform Month-End FACT reporting
Support cash management through accurate forecasting of local payments
Requirements:
3 to 5 years of relevant experience
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues
Knowledge of PLC programming and diagnostics is advantageous
