The Electrician will have the following responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures.

Minimum Requirements
N2 Electrical Trade Test
Minimum of two years’ experience in a manufacturing environment in a similar position, preferably FMCG
Good communication Skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
Compliance with Pragma system
Install, service, calibrate and repair all electrical apparatus as per SABS
Attend calling out after hours
Do electrical fault finding
Perform routine inspections on MCC, panels etc. and report non conformance
Perform all scheduled tasks on electrical apparatus
Identify value adding projects
Be an effective member of a project team
Ensure safety and communicate electrical risks to manager
Use PPE effectively
Report noncompliance to the OSHAct
Assist in drafting standard operating procedures (Elec)
Adhere to legislative and company procedures
Supervise and monitor electrical apprentices
Communicate training needs to manager
Maintain all electrical drawings
Safekeeping and maintain machine manuals
Do accurate and comprehensive feedback on completed job cards
