Electronic Repairs Engineer - Cape Town: Northern Suburbs at Communicate Recruitment

• Implement and manage the execution of RMA procedures to achieve on-time material management.
• Drive SHEQ Objectives and Compliance.
• Manage all teams within the department.
• Identify department recruitment needs and manage competence requirements to ensure operational conformance and flexibility.
• Foster effective communication daily between staff and management.
• Manage and handle logistics, warehousing, and stock of raw materials used in the department.
• Identify and maintain all equipment for effective manufacture.

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in management within the electronic or renewable energy industry.
• Knowledge of manufacturing systems.
• Experience in manufacturing resource planning.  

Qualification:

• BSc/BEng/BTech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering OR Operations Management
• IPC 610 OR IPC 620 certification is advantageous.
