    Embroidery Digitizer

    About the Role

    • As an Embroidery Digitizer, you will be responsible for converting approved artwork into production-ready embroidery files that meet the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and efficiency. Your work will directly contribute to ensuring that our customers receive professionally embroidered products that exceed expectations.

    Key Responsibilities

    Digitising Quality & Artwork Accuracy

    • Interpret approved artwork accurately and digitise designs correctly the first time.

    Achieve the highest levels of digitising accuracy by ensuring:

    • Correct logo sizing
    • Appropriate stitch types
    • Accurate stitch directions
    • Correct stitch density
    • Proper colour sequencing
    • Compliance with production requirements
    • Minimise avoidable re-digitising, errors, and unnecessary rework.
    • Ensure all embroidery files are production-ready and meet internal quality standards.

    File Organisation & Workstation Management

    • Save and name all digitised files according to approved file-naming conventions and storage procedures.
    • Maintain an organised, secure, and easily accessible digital filing system.
    • Keep your workstation clean, orderly, and professional at all times.
    • Protect the integrity and confidentiality of company and customer artwork files.

    Production Readiness & On-Time Delivery

    • Complete all assigned digitising work in line with production schedules and deadlines.
    • Ensure all production-ready embroidery files are available before 16:00 on the day prior to production.
    • Communicate proactively when information is missing or artwork requires clarification.
    • Escalate potential delays, artwork concerns, or production risks immediately to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.

    What We're Looking For

    Essential Requirements

    • Experience in embroidery digitising and embroidery software.
    • Strong understanding of embroidery production processes.
    • Knowledge of stitch types, densities, underlay, compensation, and fabric considerations.
    • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
    • Strong organisational and file management skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines.
    • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
