Basic Life Support Practitioner qualification is essential
Professional registration with the HPCSA as a BAA/BLS
A valid drivers’ license (including a Public Drivers Permit - PrDP) serves as an advantage: A valid PrDP licence is preferred, if no PrDP licence, will only be able to work events.
Knowledge of the EMS environment
Knowledge and application of HPCSA guidelines and scope of practice
Working knowledge and experience of Patient Report Forms
