Job Description

• The Endpoint Product Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of endpoint solutions within the SBSA infrastructure applications portfolio. This role ensures a secure and efficient work environment, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration across various platforms. The engineer will execute upgrades, patches, configuration changes as well as test and introduce new features to enhance technology functionality and maintain compatibility with SBG needs.
• Additionally, the Endpoint Product Engineer manages the lifecycle of existing products supporting the endpoint management service within the Bank. This includes researching market technologies and products to ensure optimal and efficient performance of the endpoint management service.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Information Technology or relevant Work Experience
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator
• Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
• ITIL Foundation
• Microsoft Intune Certification

Experience Required:

• At least 7 years’ experience within the End-Point framework
• Proven experience in managing and maintaining Microsoft Intune environments, including policy configuration, application management, and conditional access.
• Strong understanding of mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM).
• Proven expertise in troubleshooting and problem-solving across the entire endpoint service, including endpoint operating systems (Windows 11, iOS), networking, VPN, firewall, and cloud management infrastructure (Intune).
•  Experience in Agile methodology (Advantageous but not Required) and working towards deliverables within a program iteration.
• Excellent communication skills with experience in engaging with Business partners and translating Technical Requirements into Business Value.
• Experience in SSE (Security Service Edge) technologies, forming part of the broader SASE (Secure Access Service Edge) Architecture.
• A deep understanding of the end-point provisioning process (Autopilot).
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills
• Exposure to other End-Point Management Toolsets (Jamf, Aternity, etc)
