    Engineering Manager - Brakpan

    WHY DO WE NEED YOU ?

    Ensure the smooth operation of the manufacturing facility through application of professional maintenance and Kaizen principles while maintaining a skilled, competent workforce.

    IS THIS JOB FOR YOU ?

    • Tertiary qualification in engineering or related fields: BEng Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
    • In possession of Government Certificate of Competence (Factories or Mines) Mechanical/Electrical
    • 10 years’ experience in engineering, 5 years of the 10 years should be in management.
    • Lean, TPM and Kaizen Tool Set knowledge
