A Client, a JSE listed and one of the leading FMCG companies with a growing footprint in Africa has an exciting opportunity for a seasoned GCC qualified Engineering professional to manage the day to day maintenance operations at their Food processing plant in Rustenburg.

You will lead a team of plant engineers, foremen and artisans in developing and implementing an effective planned preventative maintenance system for the plant as well as to oversee major repairs of breakdowns. Your project management experience will be essential to strategize capex focus so as to reduce plant down time and improve efficiencies of machines and lines. Financial Management skills are required to manage costs, ensuring lowest cost of production and the optimal utilization of assets.

A GCC factories, degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required coupled with at least 8 years maintenance engineering experience within a FMCG food or beverage industry. You must have experience working on Ammonia Refrigeration systems.
