Enrolled Nurse Auxiliary - SSISA Rehabilitation Hospital

CRITICAL OUTPUTS
- To function as part of a team under supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- To maintain the comfort of the patient and do regular observations.
- To promote and maintain good communication skills with the multidisciplinary team and the patients’ family.
- To maintain patient confidentiality.
- To maintain effective recordkeeping as required by Intercare policies/procedures.
- To adhere to infectious control policy and procedure.
- To use resources appropriately without wastages and abuse of equipment and consumables.
REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12
- Qualified as Enrolled Nurse Auxiliary
- Registration with SANC
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in medical, surgical and geriatric care
- Previous experience within a Sub-Acute/Rehabilitation Environment would be advantageous
