    Stock Controller & Ward Secretary - SSISA Rehabilitation Hospital

    CRITICAL OUTPUTS

    • Oversee procurement, receipt, verification, storage, replenishment, and invoicing of ethical, surgical, and other hospital stock in compliance with medicine regulations.
    • Maintain accurate records of patient admissions and discharges on AS400 and Healthware systems.

    CRITICAL OUTPUTS

    • Accurate capturing of ward, theatre and gas stock.
    • Ensure that authorisation documents are correct.
    • Verify with medical aid if account received, how much was paid and when.
