Enterprise Development Manager at Belgotex Floors

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying Business Opportunities: Researching and identifying potential enterprise clients and new market opportunities.
• Building Relationships: Establishing and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
• Strategic Planning: Developing and executing sales strategies and account plans tailored to the enterprise market.
• Negotiating Contracts: Leading negotiations for high-value contracts and ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
• Market Analysis: Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to refine strategies. 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or 5 years sales experience.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, particularly within the enterprise market.
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
