National Senior Certificate plus a Relevant Honours Degree (NQF 8) in Natural Sciences or relevant qualification.
No experience as per OSD requirements; however, 1-2 years’ relevant experience will be an added advantage.
The following skills, knowledge and attributes are required: NEMA and all its subsidiary acts. Natural Scientific Professions Act, Public Service Act, Computer literacy and skills; Good writing and communication skills; Knowledge of Public Service Regulations. A valid driver’s licence is required.
DUTIES :
Provide environmental enforcement services.
Conduct enforcement promotion awareness processes in the district.
