Job Description

Our client in the Banking Industry is looking for ETL Specialists to join their team for a 12-month contract!

As an ETL Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the extract, transform, and load (ETL) processes for integrating data from various sources into the program. This involves data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and loading into the appropriate databases or data warehouses on AWS.

Requirements:

• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics – Specialty, Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate, etc.).
• Previous experience as an ETL Specialist with a strong background in data integration and transformation.
• Proficiency in ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, Apache Nifi, or similar.
• Strong experience with AWS data services like AWS Glue, Redshift, S3, Lambda, and RDS.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and database design.
• Expertise in SQL and scripting languages like Python or Shell.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
