RESPONSIBILITIES
Adherence to safe operation of Excavator in line with manufacturer operator's manual
Operate equipment to excavate to correct levels and alignment.·Report any encountered defects immediately to supervisors/mechanics
Conducting a walk-around inspection, complete pre-start and post operation inspection checklist
Good-Housekeeping of the equipment, Identify substandard and hazardous conditions, assess and take appropriate action
Perform the task of loading materials as per SOP
Complying with specified requirements and the consequence to health, safety and environment·Report and assist on formulating corrective measures against all substandard acts and conditions
Ensure that risk assessments are conducted prior to all activities
