Executive Assistant to Head of Group Finance at OUTsurance

Job Description

Purpose

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Group Finance Team as well as the Head of Group Finance.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities of this role will include the following:

•  Co-ordination of the External Audit process

•  Co-ordination of the Internal Audit process

•  Co-ordination of the Finance Risk Register process

• Co-ordination of the circular / annual report process

• Co-ordination of the month-end reporting process

• Assistance with co-ordination of the Regulatory reporting process

• Co-ordination of the month-end reporting process

•  Co-ordination of the other Finance deadlines

• Collation and co-ordination of internal policy / procedure documents

• Preparation and submission of XBRL returns

• SASRIA co-ordination

The candidate will report into the Head of Group Finance.

Qualifications

• CA(SA) with 1-3 years post articles experience

 Experience

Experience in project management in a Finance/audit environment will be beneficial
