Executive - Head of Sales

Requirements
- Demonstrated experience successfully managing an expanding enterprise sales team as Head of Sales or Commercial Director
- 10-15 years sales experience in complex B2B software environments with 12-24 month sales cycles
- Experience delivering complex, high-value and strategic sales with large, listed financial services enterprises, with deal values 1m to 10m USD
- A proven track record achieving stretch revenue targets while driving regional growth, market expansion
- A track record of expanding business opportunities with existing customers through consultative, trusted partnerships
- Experience managing a P&L
Advantageous
- Knowledge of the Financial Services/Retail/ Fintech software sales environment
- Good working knowledge of the payments, software, retail, banking and financial services environment
- Experience selling On-Demand, SaaS (Software as a Service) solution or subscription based product to a diverse customer base
