    Executive - Head of Sales

    Requirements

    • Demonstrated experience successfully managing an expanding enterprise sales team as Head of Sales or Commercial Director
    • 10-15 years sales experience in complex B2B software environments with 12-24 month sales cycles
    • Experience delivering complex, high-value and strategic sales with large, listed financial services enterprises, with deal values 1m to 10m USD
    • A proven track record achieving stretch revenue targets while driving regional growth, market expansion
    • A track record of expanding business opportunities with existing customers through consultative, trusted partnerships
    • Experience managing a P&L

    Advantageous

    • Knowledge of the Financial Services/Retail/ Fintech software sales environment
    • Good working knowledge of the payments, software, retail, banking and financial services environment
    • Experience selling On-Demand, SaaS (Software as a Service) solution or subscription based product to a diverse customer base

    In-House Graphic Designer

    The role

    As Electrum's in-house designer, you will marry the psychology of design with the sales and marketing goals of our B2B enterprise SaaS products with the fun side of Electrum. You are capable of producing great print and digital experiences that entice viewers to take the desired actions. You will evolve our brand and produce the materials that help sales bring home the revenue! At Electrum, we will not only welcome your ability to bring your visual concepts to life but we will celebrate them.

    What your day will look like

    • Full ownership of design projects from beginning to end in collaboration with the marketing team and brand owner
    • Designing for digital (±70%) and print (±30%), including for:
      • Websites
      • Landing pages
      • Social Media
      • Emails
      • Advertising
      • HTML and PDF brochures, product flyers and factsheets
      • Ebooks
      • Infographics
      • Storyboarding
      • Research reports
      • White papers
      • Technical diagrams
      • Building and editing presentations
      • Sales proposals
    • Everything needed for trade shows and customer event(s)
    • Year end and general greeting cards
    • Laptop stickers and other fun items
    • Employee communications
    • SWAG creatives
    • And more

    Skills

    • Proven ability to tell stories and communicate information through easy-to-understand visuals - both internally and to clients
    • Strong communication skills for effective internal and external coordination
    • Efficient and calm to deliver on an intensive workload, quick revisions and last minute requests
    • Able to clearly explain, or defend, your design concepts while accepting feedback and providing effective solutions
    • An understanding of printing specifications and the process
    • Staying in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes and trends in the visual design field

    Requirements

    • 3+ years relevant experience designing for a B2B organisation
    • Experience in both digital and print design
    • Experience in data visualisation
    • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in the graphic design field
    • Expert level skills in relevant design tools, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign and Sketch.
    • A good understanding of G-Suites and MS Office, including Slides, Powerpoint, Docs and Word

    Junior Business Analyst (Payments)

    The Role:

    • Working with the customer to understand and document requirements (requirements elicitation and specification)
    • Working with technical leads to understand API integrations (message flows, error handling and field mappings)
    • Create test pack to be executed by development team
    • Verify test results and ensuring customer requirements are satisfied
    • Communicate and collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders
    • Writing traditional requirements documents for customers as well as user stories for dev teams

    You will report directly to the head of professional services and work closely with our customers and development teams.     Requirements
