 Stefanutti Stocks Civils is seeking a Site Agent. This position requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Requirements

Key Duties/Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate and control the activities of site staff and agreed quality standards set out in the contract
• Liaise with clients, site staff and agreed quantities programmes etc
• Submits monthly revenue certificates and cost estimates
• Sets and maintains work sequences and construction programmes
• Control costs and cashflow management
• Set and maintain production targets and operational efficiencies
• Drive projects to completion
• Effective problem solving
• Sub-Contractor management

Skills, Experience and Education

• Civil Engineering Degree/Diploma
• 5-6 years experience in similar role preferably in the Construction and Civil Engineering Industry
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Leadership and Business acumen qualities
• Innovative and profit driven
