Executive Manager: Project Management and Implementation
Oversee the successful implementation of large water infrastructure projects to support the government’s developmental agenda.
Oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of completed projects.
Ensure the development, maintenance and updating of project management and operations and maintenance systems and processes to ensure effective execution of the divisional mandate.
Ensure compliance with legislative requirements as per TCTA’s combined assurance policies and procedures.
Contribute strategically to the business, often working with various stakeholders, by successfully onboarding leadership roles in various internal and external assignments related to the water sector.
Provide strategic leadership within the PMI Division.
Ensure a sufficiently capacitated division that delivers on its mandate.
Requirements, Compulsory
NQF Level 8 in engineering or science, with a minimum of 12 years’ experience, including at least five (5) years in senior management level.
Proven experience in project management and the successful implementation of mega infrastructure projects.
Advantageous:
Advantageous: NQF 9 - Master’s degree (e.g. MBA or an equivalent)
PRINCE2 or equivalent Professional Accreditation
Experience as an Executive Manager / Project Director
