They are seeking an ambitious, technically fluent professional to support their Founder & Group CEO while leading the digitisation of executive and HR workflows. This is not a conventional EA role — it’s a hybrid of executive operations and digital transformation.
DUTIES:
Build AI-enabled executive systems for correspondence, meeting prep, and follow-through.
Partner with Business Intelligence Department to digitise HR processes and create people analytics dashboards.
Champion automation and structured data across the Group.
Manage the CEO’s calendar, priorities, and travel — progressively automating workflows.
REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Actuarial Science, or similar.
4–8 years’ professional experience in executive support, operations, or digital systems.
Evidence of personally using AI/automation to improve real work.
Strong judgement, discretion, and communication skills.
