Executive Personal Assistant to the Executive Director: Earth Observation at South African National Space Agency (SANSA)

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and experience: 

• Minimum National Diploma in Office Management or equivalent (NQF Level 6). 
• Three to five years’ secretarial and administrative experience at a senior/ top management level. 

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: 

• Secretarial Support and Administration 
• Management Committees and Staff Meetings Coordination 
• Travel Coordination for Executive Director and Management 
• Stakeholder Relations
