    Executive Recruiter

    What you will do

    • Execution of recruitment process as per work instruction, independently conduct consultative intake meetings or calibrations with the executive leaders; act as a point of contact and subject matter authority for the business function supported
    • Manage the full life cycle recruiting process for both internal as well as external recruitment, focusing on senior hires
    • Use external market data to craft the sourcing strategy and optimize for time to fill
    • Conduct recruiting strategy kickoff meetings with a high degree of influence and partner with internal cross-functional teams to enable effective decision making through the hiring process
    • Own conducting pre-brief and debrief meetings with stakeholders and play a key role in decision making by demonstrating abilities to make appropriate tradeoffs
    • Proactively source for senior leaders internal and external
    • Partner with the business to drive various initiatives/events in alignment with the talent priorities
    • Lead by example and provide recruitment support to business leaders.
    • Drive technology, process, and collaboration efforts to improve the recruitment process
    • Compensation design and value proposition with talent by adhering to the salary setting guidelines as well as offer/contract drafting and coordination

    You will bring!

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree or comparable
    • Experience: 10+ years of inhouse recruitment in multinational environments
    • Experience working for an international search firm is a plus
    • Expertise in sourcing active/passive niche talent through traditional and non-traditional methods using platforms like LinkedIn, active headhunting, and more
    • Expertise in hiring great people with technical (preferably ICT & Telecom technologies)/sales & leadership skills
    • Experience working in a matrix organization
    • Experience in hiring local and international talent
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills, high attention to detail
    • High focus on stakeholder management
    • Experience in data analytics a plus
