Job Requirements

Requirements 

• A Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/ Supply Chain Management/ Accounting coupled with one year relevant experience in procurement. 

Duties: 

• Manage the expediting process in the Procurement process n from  requisition  placement to receipt of goods and lastly the payment of the supplier.
• Support of day-to-day business activities with regard to clerical functions within procurement management (expediting, commitment accounting and data clean-up exercises).
• Unblocking of purchase requisitions (PRs) after required checks are completed.
• Manage Supply Chain Health Checks (Unactioned requisitions, Unreleased orders, all Overdue Purchase Orders, etc.)
• Expedite breakdowns purchasing life cycle to ensure delivery and assist end-user specification changes.
• Expedite Turnaround time and enhance that goods and services are delivered on time.
• Investigate and Resolve Supply Chain queries.
• Facilitate interaction on service delivery from Supply Chain functions.
• Coordinate with team members to agree on expediting and delivery schedules.
• Resolve complaints, claims, and general queries between operations and suppliers.
