Experienced Retentions Agents - 6 Month Contract (Cellular Network), at Quest Staffing Solutions

We're seeking candidates with a Mobile Network Contact centre background, who have previous experience working in the Retentions department and/or PostPaid department. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Contact all customers due to cancel their contract and encourage them to remain with the network
• Contact valued customers from the list provided by marketing and offer them upgrades, loyalty offers, etc.
• Provide incentives to retain customers
• Initiate dial campaigns to discourage customers from “churn”
• Strive to make customers feel valued and important and prevent them from leaving
• Maintain excellent customer relationships
• Attend to queries and needs of customers as required within procedures
• Process upgrade documentation when a customer has decided to upgrade

Desired Experience & Qualification:

• Matric
• Minimum of 2 years' previous experience in a Retentions and/or Postpaid role
• Minimum of 2 years' within a Cellular Network Call Centre environment
• Candidates must either be unemployed or on a contract nearing it's end, to be considered for this fixed-term 6 month contract. Employed candidates won't be considered, as this is short-term
• Clear Criminal record

Package & Remuneration"

• R69.00 Per hour worked.
• 6 Month contract (fixed-term, no extension or renewal)
