    Explosives Technician - Limpopo - Steelpoort

    Description

    FUNCTIONAL OUTPUTS

    • Support business technical functions.
    • Train and assist field crews with product application, performance and optimisation.
    • Verbal and written feedback to customer, with regards to product performance.
    • Perform product observations, problem solving and blast design.
    • Implementation and monitoring of QA And QC measures pertaining to supply and service of explosives.
    • Value add to BU and customer operations and projects.

    Requirements

    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

    • Grade 12 with Math’s & Science ( Must).
    • Blasting Certificate (Underground) ( Must).
    • Mine Overseer Certificate (an advantage).
    • Driver’s license (Must).
    • Diploma in Mining Engineering , BSC in Mining Engineering (an advantage).
    • 3-5 years’ Experience in production mining (underground).
