    Assistant Magazine Master - Gauteng - Ekandustria

    Description

    • Ensuring that final product is managed responsibly within the requirements of the Chief Inspector of
    • Explosives by adhering to Chapter 8 of the explosives act. Managing the magazine personnel in the movement of product in and out of explosives magazines to fulfil customer requirements.

    Description

     Duties include; but are not limited to:

    • Fault-finding on mechanical and auto electrical.
    • Fault-finding on air brakes.
    • Fault-finding on drive trains.

    Business Planning & Analysis Manager - Gauteng - Sandton

    Description

    • Prepares monthly performance dashboards, challenges and investigates results with the objective of identifying gaps, checking progress towards budget achievement and recommending Gap Closing Actions; designs and maintains early warning systems for financial tracking, ensuring accurate assessment of Risks & Opps; conducts value added analyses, e.g., Resource Allocation, Profitability analyses, Benchmarking to recommend short- and long-term targets and improvement areas

    Payroll Manager - Gauteng - Sandton

    Description

    • Pro-active management of 3rd party payroll service provider ensuring adherence to SLA’s, timely and accurate payment of salaries, turnaround times and other deliverables
    • Ensure 3rd party payments, contributions, and deductions (Medical Aids, Retirement Funds, Bargaining Council, etc.) are reconciled, accurate and on time.

    Short Description / Purpose of Job

    • Perform Inbound Logistics processes in compliance with Governance, Legal and SHE requirements.     Explosives Engineer - Northern Cape - Various Locations

    Description

    • To act as a direct link with the customer.
    • Building and sustaining sound business relationships
    • Managing team performance
    • Continuously monitor and provide feedback to the relevant line manager on market intelligence (what’s trending on the market), which form the base of identifying key strategic issues facing customer portfolios.
    • Differentiate the company’s’ service and products by identifying and implementing value adding activities beneficial to all customers.

    MMU Controller - Northern Cape - Kudumane

    Description
    Duties include; but are not limited to:

    • Conduct daily equipment pre-start safety check noting any sub-standard conditions and report such instances to the Site Supervisor;
    • Load the MMU with the correct raw materials;
    • Calibrate the MMU monthly, to ensure that it delivers the correct blend of raw materials;
    • Monitor safety systems on the MMU during operation;
    • Be fully conversant with and able to control the MMU through the IBIS control system and any future variants of the IBIS system;
    • Conduct on bench quality checks on drill pattern, blast hole depths and stemming lengths;
    • Make up primers and prime blast holes;
    • Identification of any abnormal conditions on the MMU and within the work area and reporting thereof to Supervision;
    • Maintain ownership of bulk explosives MMU including housekeeping of the cab, chassis and plant;
    • Minimize and clean up any raw material spillage and dispose of any spillage in the correct waste streams;
    • Contribute to the review and generation of Enaex Africa –  Mining Services Works Instructions;
    • Participate and actively contribute to Enaex Africa –  Mining Services and Customer induced safety initiatives;
    • Conduct 1st line maintenance i.e changing of bled pump, water stator, diesel stator, proxy cable and gassing stator;
    • Decontamination of trucks.

    • Possession of a valid code 14 Drivers’ license with handling of a manual transmission gear-box (Must)
