Expression of Interest : Bachelor of Sport Coaching at IIE MSA and IIE Varsity College

JOB PURPOSE 

• The primary purpose of this position is the delivery of effective facilitation/lecturing on qualifications and all associated academic activities such as student engagement and support that will promote student success and learning.

Minimum Qualification : 

• The minimum requirement for an academic who would lecture specialised sport coaching, sport science, sport management, sport psychology and/or sport sociology modules on the Bachelor of Sport Coaching is:
•  A Sport Management-based Bachelor of Honours degree with a focus on sport coaching, sport science, sport management, sport psychology and/or sport sociology, or a Bachelor of Human Movement Science Honours in Coaching Science, or a Bachelor of Science Honours in Sport Science. 

Work Experience:

• A minimum of two-year lecturing experience sport science, sport management, sport psychology, sport sociology, ethical and legal aspects and/or interpersonal communication would be advantageous. 
• Work experience in sport management; development of athletes; sports coaching; work within sports academies; and/or school sport.
