The Facilities Manager will play an integral role in making sure that the buildings, inclusive of Regional Office space leased by Publicis Commerce and its services meet the needs of staff and business. The Facilities Manager is accountable for services such as cleaning, security, Health & Safety and parking in order to ensure the surrounding environment is in a suitable condition to work. Duties will also include managing any refurbishments, renovations and office moves to make sure they all run smoothly and according to plan.
The successful applicant requires organisational skills and will provide operational input around Health & Safety including related logistics to both internal staff and building requirements. Must demonstrate the skills to be credible at this level, with the ability to lead and train staff that work within the facilities division.
