Facility Management Coordinator at Swartland Local Municipality

Requirements: 

• Code B Driver’s license
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Planning and organizing skills
• Attention to detail
• Fluent communication in two of the three official languages of the Western Cape

Qualification: 

• Grade 12 or a relevant post matric qualification; Computer Literacy:
• MS Office

Experience: 

• 2 - 5 years relevant experience

Job Purpose: 

• Responsible to effectively manage town and community hall infrastructure in Malmesbury, Moorreesburg (2 halls), Riebeek
• Kasteel, Riebeek West, Darling, Abbotsdale and Yzerfontein; and to render and supervise effective cleaning and refreshment services at Malmesbury office accommodation.
