Factory Manager - JHB at Stratogo

Minimum Qualifying Criteria:

• Matric
• Certification or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering would be preferred
• 5-7 Years of Technical experience in working with Overhead Cranes, hoists and lifting equipment.

Software Skills:

• MS Excel
• MS Word

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Technically minded with fabrication background.
• Able to read workshop drawings.
• Able to calculate and ordering materials/ consumables for Jobs/stock levels.
• Factory Job time management / Time Sheets
• Managing workshop staff
• Employing workshop staff as required
• Enforce quality process and procedures.
• Facilitate factory inspections with Customers/Inspectors
