Farm Manager - Middelburg at Helderberg Personnel

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION:

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, as well as the following will count in the candidate's favor:

• Relevant post-school qualification.
• Knowledge of infrastructure maintenance.
• Experience in managing staff in an agricultural environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Create and manage an annual farm budget
• Management staff members
• Supervise work plan as well as weekly and daily task lists
• Oversee financial administration regarding deliveries and payments
• Oversees the maintenance of infrastructure, tools, and supplies
• Paths and fencing upgrades will be important aspect
• Establishment of wildlife species
