- My Client based in Centurion, seeks FICA Compliance Officer to provide specialist support the th Group Compliance Team
Description
- FICA Compliance Officer
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12
- Legal Degree (LLB) and admission as an Attorney
- Sound and in-depth understanding of the FICA, ML/TF control regulations and FIC guidance notes and standards within a financial sector
- Good understanding of other financial sectors laws and regulations
- Good understanding of different company structures
- Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English Written & Verbal )
Experience:Between 3 - 5 Years
