    Field Account Executive (FTC)

    A Day In The Life

    • As a Field Account Executive, you are the driving force behind our commercial success, acting as the vital connection between our prestigious brands and our valued retail partners. Your days are dynamic, challenging, and highly rewarding as you lead your team to execute winning strategies that deliver exceptional results in your region.

    Key Responsibilities
    Strategic Leadership:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive field action plan aligned with the Division’s commercial and brand strategies.
    • Define the field organization structure in collaboration with the Commercial Director.
    • Set ambitious yet achievable qualitative and quantitative objectives for the field team, encompassing turnover, launches, assortment, space and visibility, training, incentives, and promotional activities.
    • Analyze regional and channel dynamics to adapt sales strategies and maximize impact.
    • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Brand teams to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives at the point of sale.

    Team Leadership & Collaboration

    • Recruit, onboard, coach, and motivate a high-performing team of regional sales managers, fostering a culture of in-store excellence.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and identifying development opportunities for team members.
    • Design and implement a motivating bonus scheme that incentivizes high performance and recognizes outstanding contributions.
    • Promote a collaborative and supportive team environment that encourages knowledge sharing and best practice dissemination.

    Customer Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at both the regional HQ and store level of our retail partners.
    • Secure buy-in and support for L’Oréal’s strategies, ensuring national and regional agreements are implemented effectively.
    • Proactively identify and address customer needs, providing exceptional service and building win-win partnerships.
    • Facilitate a seamless flow of communication between the field, headquarters, and retailer partners.

    Performance Management

    • Continuously monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sell-in and sell-out drivers.
    • Prepare and deliver regular performance reports, providing insightful analysis and highlighting areas for improvement.
    • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, proactively adapting strategies to optimize results.

    LUXE Specific

    • Develop and implement incentive plans that motivate the team and drive achievement of commercial targets.
    • Monitor the effectiveness of implemented strategies and adapt accordingly to ensure ongoing success.

    Who You Are

    • Minimum years of experience: 3 - 5 years within the same or similar role, advantageous experience having worked over 1 year with L'Oréal.
    • Must have drivers license and own vehicle.
    • Commerce Fundamentals: You possess a deep understanding of commercial drivers and a proven ability to optimize turnover and profit. You stay ahead of market trends and leverage shopper insights to drive sales.
    • Customer-Centric Leader: Building strong, long-lasting customer relationships is at the core of your approach. You excel at understanding and exceeding their needs, always striving for mutually beneficial outcomes.
    • Strategic Negotiator: You are a skilled negotiator, adept at crafting compelling selling propositions, securing win-win agreements, and influencing stakeholders at all levels with confidence and diplomacy.
    • Data-Driven Achiever: Analytical and results-oriented, you are driven by data and passionate about exceeding targets. You bring a strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to achieve ambitious goals.
