    Field Fundraising Team Leader

    Minimum Requirements

    • Diploma in Marketing or Public Relations with minimum 3 years’ experience in Field Sales or Field Fundraising.
    • Minimum 3 years work experience in Field Sales or Field Fundraising.
    • Experience of supporting and supervising others.
    • A valid driver’s license.
    • Ability to both Inspire and work collaboratively within a team.
    • Training experience and the ability to transfer skills to others.
    • Ability to work independently.
    • Ability to both inspire and work collaboratively within a team

    • Ability to easily build rapport with a diverse range of people
    • Excellent communication skills, creativity and the ability to develop new ways to inspire people about what WWF does
    • Proven ability to motivate and inspire others
    • Ability to work well under pressure

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Co-ordinate a team of fundraisers who directly engage with the general public at malls/shopping centres on a day-to-day basis.
    • Identifying platforms and strategies to recruit new fundraisers.
    • Assist in delivering trainings along with F2F Sales Manager.
    • When not recruiting, training and onboarding new fundraisers, spend your time on the field with the team, monitoring, guiding, advising and improving performance.
    • Co-ordinate from the front and fundraise alongside the team.
    • Transport the teams to further exhibition destinations where applicable.
    • Be responsible for achieving personal and team’s daily/ weekly targets, in accordance with agreed Key Performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Ensuring that targets are exceeded in the following areas: per shift productivity and donor retention.
    • Transporting the exhibition stand to and from the exhibition site.
    • Keeping the team motivated and ensure that they behave in a disciplined manner.
    • Actively participate in relevant team-building, group activities or meeting.
    • Undertake any other tasks that may be delegated by the F2F Sales Manager that are in keeping with the scope of the role.
