Diploma in Marketing or Public Relations with minimum 3 years’ experience in Field Sales or Field Fundraising.

Experience of supporting and supervising others.

Duties and Responsibilities
Co-ordinate a team of fundraisers who directly engage with the general public at malls/shopping centres on a day-to-day basis.
Identifying platforms and strategies to recruit new fundraisers.
Assist in delivering trainings along with F2F Sales Manager.
When not recruiting, training and onboarding new fundraisers, spend your time on the field with the team, monitoring, guiding, advising and improving performance.
Co-ordinate from the front and fundraise alongside the team.
Transport the teams to further exhibition destinations where applicable.
Be responsible for achieving personal and team’s daily/ weekly targets, in accordance with agreed Key Performance indicators (KPIs).
Ensuring that targets are exceeded in the following areas: per shift productivity and donor retention.
Transporting the exhibition stand to and from the exhibition site.
Keeping the team motivated and ensure that they behave in a disciplined manner.
Actively participate in relevant team-building, group activities or meeting.
Undertake any other tasks that may be delegated by the F2F Sales Manager that are in keeping with the scope of the role.
