    Field Manager I (Free State)

    Job Summary: 

    • To manage and overseeing sales and service operations within a specific geographic area. 
    • Selling products/services 
    • Updating Data basis, 
    • Conducting market research 
    • Providing detailed Product/service information 
    • Reaching sales target 
    • Adhering to standards and guidelines 
    • Prospecting
    • Customer Acquisition: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the customer base. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. 
    • Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and demonstrations of products or services to potential customers. 
    • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company. 
    • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and performance metrics. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, benefits, and industry developments to effectively communicate value to customers. 
    • Customer Feedback: Collect and relay customer feedback to the company to help improve products and services. 

    Customer Handling 

    • Deal with all queries relating to product information. 
    • Building customer relationships by promoting the brand and its products 
    • Escalating complaints 

    Administration 

    • Capturing of information diligently/precisely 
    • Daily/weekly monthly productivity reports 
    • Dispositioning call outcomes accurately. 
    • Escalating queries/complaints timeously 

    Requirements

    • Minimum Qualifications: National Matric Certificate (Grade 12/NQF level 4) Relevant Regulatory (RE) qualification or in progress 
    • FSCA related qualification (NQF 5 WITH 120 CREDITS) 
    • Experience: 2-3 + years Financial Services experience in customer service, External Field Sales, call centre, overachieving customer satisfaction results, data reporting , all staff management oversight and client resolution, secretarial/admin experience
