As a Field Manager you will be responsible for:

• Drive Pro-Active Operational Excellence
• Ensure effective people management
• Managing stakeholder engagement
• Achieving POP objectives
• Achievement of commercial targets
• Business insights and execution
• Monitor new innovations
• Ensure effective teamwork and self-management
• Manage promotional Activities

What are we looking for?
To qualify for this role, you should:

• 4-5 years’ sales experience in FMCG environment at a managerial/ supervisory level
• Have a valid code 8 drivers license
• Hold a relevant Diploma/Degree at NQF level 6 or 7
• Possess strong communication skills (verbal & written)
• Have the abaility to conduct analysis & problem solving
• Excellent computer literacy
• Business acumen and commercial awareness
• Attention to detail with ability to plan and organise
• Be a pro-active thinker with great leadership skills
• Possess strongnNegotiation and sales management skill
