• Clover is currently recruiting for a Field Marketer. The purpose of the position is to manage sales and merchandising in areas where there are no more than 3 chain stores in a town or centre or a sales channel. This exciting opportunity is based at the Clover Nelspruit branch.

Requirements    

• Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4
• Business English: Fluent
• Computer literacy (Basic)
• Must reside at Nelspruit CBD and/or the surrounding areas

Duties and Responsibilities    
Increase sales volumes in stores        

• Prepare route plans and complete all relevant sales administration        
• Place orders        
• Ensure constant stock availability        
• Minimise stock returns        
• Ensure optimum shelf space        
• Ensure maximum presence to customers        
• Arrange launches and promotional material        

Provide service to customers        

• Develop and maintain excellent customer relations        
• Assist and support customers with appropriate sales procedures        
• Introduce appropriate measures to address customer needs        
• Observe and read customer preference        

Monitor and report on sales volumes and pricing        

• Record sales per outlet and product category        
• Implement negotiated pricing
