Field Officer – Brits at RPO Recruitment

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate field activities, ensuring timely execution of tasks.
• Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and compliance with project specifications.
• Communicate with team members and stakeholders to address any challenges or delays.
• Compile accurate reports on field operations, including performance metrics and project outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and operational protocols at all times.
• Manage resources efficiently, including tools, equipment, and materials.
• Train and mentor field staff to maintain high standards of work quality.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a certification or diploma in Project Management or a related field is advantageous.
• Proven experience in field operations, project coordination, or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in reporting and documentation.
• Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations applicable to field operations.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the region.
