Field Service UPS Technician at Eaton

The Role

In this role you will be expected too lead the IT channel sales team to successfully grow IT Channel business through in-depth understanding of the market and managing complex, multi-tiered relationships. Robust deployment of sales plans and driving activity to achieve successful execution and results.

Your Main Duties

• AC and DC installation
• Fault finding and repair of UPS Systems internally and in the field.
• Battery replacement
• Site survey and electrical environment analysis
• Diagnostic of MCCs, VSDs, Power distribution (1st level)
• Compile site analysis report
• Build customer trust relationship
• Promote / sale EESA service offers
• Prepare monthly report related to service activity
• Participating stand by service
• Extensive travelling national and abroad
• Extensive travelling national and abroad

Qualifications
What we are looking for:

• A National Diploma (N-Dip), National Technical Certificate (N6) or higher with minimum 5 years’ experience, Data Centre Knowledge
• Wireman’s license will be a bonus
• UPS and Data Centre field service knowledge and experience
• Extensive traveling
