Job Description

• Our client is seeking a motivated and reliable Field Technicians & Installers to join our growing team. The successful candidates will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment and systems at client sites. This role requires a hands-on individual with strong technical skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and maintain equipment at customer sites.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Diagnose and resolve technical faults and equipment failures.
• Complete service reports and installation documentation accurately.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers when required.
• Travel to various client locations as needed.
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles in good condition.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
• Relevant technical qualification will be advantageous.
• Previous experience in field service, installations, maintenance, or a similar technical role.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
