• Qualified Mechanical Fitter
• Mechanical Fitter and turner
• or Millwright

Experience

• Exposure/Knowledge of various filling machines and associated machines
• Carbonated Soft Drinks
• Oil Filling Machines
• Water filling machines
• Hot Liquid filling machine
• Blending/ Mixing machines
• CIP Systems

Key attributes

• Understand the importance of Safety in the workplace
• Ability to travel locally and internationally for up to three months away
• Knowledge of Filling systems and Packaging lines
• Knowledge of liquid handling
• Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
• Ability to fault find using various techniques, to achieve systemic methods of problem-solving
• Attention to detail, ability to focus and resolve various problems
• Ability to communicate at all levels of the business
• Work well as part of a team, willing to learn and share knowledge.
• Ability to self-manage and manage small teams during planned work.
• Knowledge of maintenance systems.
• Ability to write technical reports and compile audits- Detailed and accurate.
