Finance Administrator/Assistant at Fossil Group, Inc.

• You will be responsible for accurately processing and recording financial transactions along with monitoring income payments.

Your impact

• Assisting the Financial manager with task or queries.
• Attend To Email Queries
• Processing consignment sales and performing stock on hand alignments.
• Sending out customer statements
• Queries upon request from clients
• Reconciliation of key accounts
• Updating customer information on Syspro when information changes
• Sending Invoices when required
• Assisting Finance Manager with daily/monthly requirements
• Order processing (general)
• Maintaining Rewards Program
• Maintain and process debtors and online cash books.
• Maintain concession accounts Process Staff purchases.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as necessary.
• Oversight of Accounts Payable and Retail store cash book transactions and processes

Who you are

• Minimum of an Accounting Diploma or working towards.
• Knowledge of general accounting principles
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Communicates professionally, both oral and written, with partners, customers, and various internal departments
• Detail-oriented and a strong customer service approach is essential.
