    Finance Administrator

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Matric.
    • Advantageous: Relevant tertiary financial qualification.
    • 1+ Years experience in a similar role with knowledge of financial transaction and Basic Bookkeeping.
    • Advantageous: Experience working with Sage.

    Duties and responsibilities:

    • Process invoices and supplier invoices.
    • Ensure all documents are properly signed and distributed.
    • Tasked with verifying the financial and other data.
    • Monitor financial transactions.
    • Perform data entries and maintain updated records.
    • Provide assistance with account reconciliations.
    • Manage communications with vendors, customers, and colleagues.
    • Report the status of accounts and discrepancies identified.
    • Responsible for managing the stock control.
