• Reconciliation of rental statements in line with lease agreements.
• Liaising with property managers and landlords to receive relevant information and resolve queries.
• Reconciliation of ad hoc charges against source documents in line with leases agreements.
• Reconciliation of rates increases.
• Validation of utility charges.
• Finance related activities and reconciliations
• General auditing duties.
• General administration
