The successful candidate will be responsible for general administrative functions in the accounts department which includes; the capturing of payments on the various online banking platforms, filing, faxing, scanning, maintaining various spreadsheets, distribution of documents and emails, archiving documents and the management of the filing room.
Position Requirements:
2 years relevant experience working within an accounts department or similar role
Preferably studying towards an accounting / bookkeeping diploma
Sound knowledge of computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
Working experience with all Online banking platforms will be advantageous.
Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential
