About the job

• To assume financial responsibilities for the Business Partnering of the Commercial & Marketing teams. The C&M Controller will be a key member of the Topline team actively involved in steering financial growth and stability by driving the “Gross to Net Improvement” agenda, leading the business through “Inno/Reno” business case development, driving ROMI within A&P & maintaining an accurate Topline forecast. The C&M Controller will also lead in some areas and support with overall corporate governance within the Topline function.

KEY REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB

Qualification(s)

• B Comm {CIMA/CA(SA) advantageous} and minimum 5 years relevant experience in FMCG environment. At least 2 years thereof within a leadership role in Finance Business Partnering
